In Summer 2007 Jo & Jen set up Womens Football in Manchester to provide football sessions that were non commital, cheap and easy to access. They tried a few locations and different days but eventually found a home at Manchester City Academy on Platt Lane on Sunday evenings.

We have gone from just running training session to having the occassional game and applying to play in tournaments. We hope that the Manchester Jays continute to flourish and take part in more competitive training whilst still keeping the relaxed fun element we strive for.
